How to Access and Export Your Investment Documents in the Inter App
Many customers contact us asking for investment documents for a specific period of time—such as trade confirmations or account statements. The good news is that you don’t need to request these documents manually. You can access and export them directly from the Inter app in just a few steps.
This guide walks you through how to find, filter, and send multiple investment documents from the app, all in one place.
Important: Documents are available in the app starting August 2023. If you need documents from before August 2023, please contact Customer Service at help@inter.co.
What Documents Can You Access in the App?
From the Inter app, you can view and export:
● Trade confirmations
● Account statements
Everything is consolidated so you can review or send multiple files at once, without downloading them one by one.
Step-by-Step: How to Access Multiple Investment Documents
Step 1: Go to the Invest Home Screen
Open the Inter app and navigate to the Invest section.
This is your main investment dashboard, where you can see your portfolio and recent activity.

Step 2: Open Settings Using the Gear Icon
In the top corner of the Invest home screen, tap the gear icon to access settings.
From this menu, you’ll be able to view both:
● Trade confirmations
● Account statements

Step 3: Select the Timeframe You Need
Once inside the documents section, choose the date range for the documents you’re looking for.
You can filter by a specific period to quickly narrow down your results.

Step 4: Review the Consolidated Document View
After selecting your timeframe, the app will display a consolidated view of all trade confirmations available for that period.
This makes it easy to review multiple documents at once without switching screens.

Step 5: Export and Send Your Documents
To export all documents within the selected timeframe, tap the share icon on the screen.
Then select Send, and follow the prompts to email or share the documents as needed.

About Document Availability
Documents from August 2023 onward are available directly in the app. If you need documents prior to August 2023, they are not currently accessible through the app.
